About GATE:

 Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is exam for entrance seven Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) conducted jointly by the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India.
